Deposit $250 per person and Travel Protection Plan (optional $199) due by April 20, 2018.

I love that all of you are coming to Ireland with us. It feels so right! To have our private bus and our custom itinerary, Mic & I contracted with CIE Tours to be the Travel Agents for the trip. What this means is that we are responsible for entering your information in the CIE Tours system and collecting payments from you. We provide a single check of the monies collected to CIE Tours.

The good news is we are able to process payments using checks, PayPal or Credit Cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover).

PayPal – caren.albers@gmail.com. Use “Send Money to Friends and Family” option so that no fees are charged (per PayPal no fee when use a bank account or balance to send in the US)

Credit Cards – To use credit cards, I will need your credit card number, expiration date, and security code. I am happy to take this information in the way you feel is most secure and then shred it immediately. I’m even happy to get on the phone and have you read it to me if that helps. TRAVEL PROTECTION PLAN (Optional) – If you decide to purchase the Travel Protection Plan, it is $199 and must be paid for at the same time as your deposit. I’m attaching the flyer and a web address www.tripmate.com/wpF429G . This plan has two major components: Part A – Travel Arrangement Protection, Part B Travel Insurance Benefits. Each of our situations is different, so take a few minutes to review and see if this is something you feel you need/want. If so, include the $199 payment with your $250 deposit.

Passport, Spreadsheet, and Wait List Information

It’s March already! How did that happen? Gosh, September will be here before we know it!!!

PASSPORTS - Bob Albers and I need to renew our passports before Ireland. I’ll will be getting on that this week. Be sure to take a look at yours, too.  

Here is the link for information on renewing a Passport https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports/apply-renew-passport/renew-by-mail.html. The government website states routine processing time is 4-6 weeks.

Also, I have heard that your passport must be valid for six months past your scheduled return date to travel to certain countries. Here’s a link to learn more about that. https://thepointsguy.com/2017/08/six-month-passport-validity-rule/

SPREADSHEET INFORMATION – I emailed you the spreadsheet. Any information for you that is missing, please send in a reply to that email. THX! If you didn’t receive it, check your Spam file, and if it not there, let me know.

WAIT LIST – Currently, we have two people on our wait list (Jack & Linda Albers). Tell anyone who wants to be on the wait list to email me at caren.albers@gmail.com. If a spot becomes available, we will offer it in order to those on the wait list.

Next week, I will send out information on how to make the $250 per person deposit and the optional Travel Protection Plan payments. Both are due by April 20^th.
