If you were thinking about
coming and didn’t get in, consider joining our wait list. Although we hope no
one cancels because we are a small group and our budget depends on having a
full bus, June 1st is the final day to cancel participation in the
trip. If unforeseen events cause someone to cancel, we will invite the first
person on the wait list. If they decline, we will work our way down the list.
So there is really no risk to being added to the wait list.
DATES TO REMEMBER:
April 20 – $250 deposit due
(optional Trip Protection Insurance also due at time of deposit).
May 20 – Final day
to cancel – Deposit is nonrefundable after this date.
June 20 – Final Payment
Due – Trip is nonrefundable after this date.
